Will I be subject to capital calls?

Lightstone DIRECT offerings are structured so that investors fund their full capital commitment up front. Lightstone DIRECT may request additional capital for a Series, but investors are not obligated to fund more than their commitment. If additional funding is required, the Sponsor may advance funds as a loan or through other remedies outlined in the governing documents. This structure ensures no mandatory future funding obligations for investors.
