In accordance with federal law, Lightstone DIRECT requires all investors to complete an identity verification process to comply with Know Your Customer/Anti Money Laundering (KYC/AML) requirements. We partner with Plaid, a secure intermediary used by over 12,000 financial institutions, for this process. Please be prepared to provide information such as phone number, date of birth, a government-issued ID, and social security number. This information is highly secure and will not be shared with anyone.
