How do I invest? What’s the process?

  1. The process of investing with Lightstone DIRECT is streamlined into four main steps:
    1. Learn – Schedule a call with our Capital Formation team to learn more about Lightstone’s track record, investment approach, and current offerings.
    2. Review – Once you’ve expressed interest, your Capital Formation representative will provide access to our investor portal, where you can review the Offering Memorandum, investment details, and due diligence materials, and ask any questions you may have.
    3. Invest – After completing the identity verification process, you’ll be able to complete your subscription documents and accreditation verification process. Once completed, you’ll be able to fund your investment through ACH, wire, or check.
    4. Participate and Earn – Once invested, you’ll have access to your personal investor portal to view your positions, distributions, quarterly reports, tax documents, and upcoming offerings.
